For 10 or more people at just £12 a head you can taste a dram of whisky from each of the main regions of Scotland – Highland, Lowland, Speyside, Island and Islay. Surrounded by malts, floor to ceiling, in our shop that is just a stone’s throw from the Cathedral in the heart of the old city, you can learn the techniques of “nosing” and tasting, which enable you to get the most from your malts.
