Pisang Ambon is a Dutch, fruit-based liqueur made mainly from bananas, from an old Indonesian recipe.
Pisang Ambon Orange: 1/3 Pisang Ambon, 2/3 Orange Juice.
Acapulco Bliss: 3/4 measure tequila, 1 tblsp Pisang Ambon, 2 tsp Galiano, 3/4 measure lemon juice, 3/4 measure single cream, 100ml passion fruit juice, 4-5 ice cubes. Shake all ingredients together, then pour into a glass and decorate. Drink with a straw.
