Apart from the egregious absence of an apostrophe, this is a superb whiskey. Ireland has had many great writers in her history and it was said that when an Iriah writer cried, he cried tears of whisky.
This is a mix of pot still and single malt whiskies, triple distilled for extra smoothness. A touch of salt and toffee on the palate is followed by ginger spice and a long, creamy finish.
