50cl. 43% vol.
Another of the "New kids on the block", Finland has been making excellent whisky for a decade now. It is made from locally grown, lightly peated barley and matured in sherry and bourbon casks from the Speyside Cooperage. Teerenpeli means "flirtation" in Finnish, but you won't feel like just flirting with this; it is a serious malt.
It is a pale gold colour with a pleasantly earthy aroma. The flavour is packed with nuts, vanilla and fruit salad with a long, spicy finish.
As featured in “101 World Whiskies to Try Before You Die” by Ian Buxton (see the Books section).
