Come to a Whisky Tasting Night with 10 or more friends for just £122 a head. You can taste a dram of whisky from each of the main regions of Scotland, surrounded by malts, floor to ceiling, inside our shop in the heart of old Lincoln, just a stones throw from the Cathedral. Nick will take you through the techniques of “nosing” and tasting so that you can make the most of your malt. You can also learn about the distilling process and what adds the character and unique flavour to each individual whisky.

With dozens of miniatures to choose from you can please every one of your guests. Single malts, blends,Irish and American whiskeys, liqueurs, sherries,ports, brandies,vodkas, gins……the choice is yours! We offer 10% dicount on twenty or more miniatures and prices start from just £2. Cathy will be happy to wrap them using cellophane and ribbons to match your colour scheme, free of charge. All miniatures in stock are listed on the website but if you have a special request we will try to help. One week’s notice is usually sufficient.

Why not celebrate with English still and sparkling wines from Kent? They provide a great talking point for guests as we discovered at our own son’s and daughter’s weddings. Guests were surprised and delighted to discover wines of quality and style from our own country. The Chapeldown Sparkling Wine deserves a special mention as it fits the bill for toasts perfectly, having beaten some of the major French champagnes in blind tastings. We also have a good selection of Champagnes in stock and if you have a particular favourite we will do our best to supply it.
